1872 an envelope bearing a horizontal pair of the 6d mauve plate 9 issue paying the 1/- rate to Orizaba, Mexico, both being tied by the Beauly, Inverness-shire "39" duplex dated for NO 9 72 and bearing on front a Mexican "4" due mark in black ink.
